Cream Cheese and Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • confectioners’ sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Add confectioners’ sugar to taste. Chill if not using right away or frost cake immediately. (It’s easier to use if you use it right away.)
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
