This is a longtime favorite recipe adapted from the first @tartinebakery cookbook, one of my favorites. The recipe is linked in bio 🤗⁣

The biggest tip: work quickly and handle the dough minimally. I recently started using the same tea towel trick I use to make pie dough to bring my scone dough together, and I’ve been loving the results. The dough will be delicate and shaggy, but that will create a light, tender scone 💯⁣
