ADD BUTTER, SALT & PEPPER. STIR.

TO MAKE THE HERBY SIZZLE:  MINCE CILANTRO.

TO A SKILLET, ADD OIL, RED CHILI FLAKES, SCALLIONS & CILANTRO.

STEP 10

COOK UNTIL SIZZLING.

STEP 11

SPOON MASHED POTATOES ONTO A SERVING DISH.

SPOON THE HERBY SIZZLE OVER TOP.
