SHAPE DOUGH INTO A ROUGH BALL.

ADD OIL TO A BUTTERED PAN. TURN DOUGH IN OIL LET REST 30-60 MINUTES.

STEP 8

WITH LIGHTLY OILED HANDS, STRETCH DOUGH TO FIT PAN.

STEP 9

SPRINKLE CHEESE EVENLY OVER PIZZA, SPREADING TO EDGES.

STEP 10

COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP. TRANSFER TO FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS.

SPREAD TOMATO SAUCE EVENLY OVER THE TOP.

STEP 12

SPREAD PEPPERONI EVENLY OVER THE SURFACE. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES.

STEP 13

REMOVE FROM OVEN. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES IN THE PAN.
