FOR SAUCE, ADD EGGS, PARMESAN & LEMON JUICE TO A BOWL.

ADD LEMON ZEST & RESERVED PASTA WATER. WHISK.

TO THE LEEKS, ADD COOKED PASTA, BACON & SAUCE.

STEP 9

STIR TO COMBINE.

STEP 10

SEASON WITH PEPPER & MIX IN PARSLEY.
