Hola !!!!!!! Alexandra , me gustaría mucho tener este libro, y poder entrar en el blogs,no puedo conseguirlo .
I have this book for over a year, now, and am still trying to get my flour mixes mixed…I have one done, but the flours are still in the freezer for the other. I have to get jars to store the starter, too. So, since I have the first blend made, I was wondering if you know if it can be used to make fruit cobblers, crumbles, or crisps? I have a plethora of fruit I need to use, and want to make them gluten free.
Darleen, I’m so sorry, but I have no idea. I would imagine it would be fine! But I hate to lead you astray as gf baking can be such a science experiment sometimes.
